My name is Jess Wilson and I’m a native of Southern Wake County where I grew up on a farm. My passion for working with children began at an early age, and I decided against going into the family business to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education. I have served in many roles in the Preschool setting – floater/school age teacher while in college, a two’s teacher for 8 years, and an Infant and Pre-K Teacher, as well as 8 years in a management role. My fiancé and I are a blended family with two boys, Harrison and Clark, who started first grade this year. We enjoy all things sports related and anything outdoors. As an Early Childhood Educator, my goal is to provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment where each child can develop the fundamentals of life. My motto is that all children should be hugged first, and then taught.
